Use the official product information
Tim Hortons provides nutrition and allergen information through its Canadian website and app. Its Help Centre explains how to find these resources and how to contact Guest Care about ingredients.
On the website, look for Nutrition and Allergens in the More menu. In the app, check the Account section. Some product pages also provide a Nutrition & Ingredients panel. Interface labels may change, so the official Help Centre is a useful fallback.
What the numbers here mean
The calories on this guide are reference values associated with a particular listing or serving. They are included to help you browse. They are not a full nutrition label, an allergen certification or individualized dietary advice.
Our item pages identify an explicit size when the source provides one. A listing without a reliable size is labeled “Listed serving.” When the source does not provide a calorie value, we leave it unlisted instead of substituting zero.
Customizations change the result
Milk, cream, sweeteners, syrups, toppings and food substitutions can change the finished product. A plain item’s calorie number does not automatically carry over to a customized order.
Recipes and ingredient sourcing can also change. Check the current information for the exact item, location and customization. For ingredient or allergy concerns, contact the official Guest Care team using the route in the Help Centre.
A useful check before ordering
- Confirm the exact item and serving size.
- Read the current ingredient and allergen information.
- Check any additions or substitutions separately.
- Use the official support channel when the information does not answer your question.
